REFUND POLICY

LASHES 

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you do receive a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

JEWELLERY

We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 7 days  of receiving your purchase to contact us via email (helpexcessdripuk@outlook.com) to arrange the item to be sent back. 

  • All items must be unworn and in original condition with the same packaging it arrived in.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • During the buy one get one free promotion, both rings must be returned in order to receive a refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer & original postage is non refundable.
  • If you have damaged your items or they show signs or wear and tear, we cannot accept a return.
  • With all exchange enquires please email helpexcessdripuk@outlook.com with the order number and details of your request and we will do our best to assist you. we can not guarantee stock availability.
